Guest guest
Sat Nam, Krishan Shiva Kaur I think there is another meditation/ kriya you could do it is called Hari Kaur . You may be able to find it in the archives or someone who knows it could post it for you . I would do it myself , but I am not quite sure how it is done . There was something mentioned in the posts that women have two arch lines and men have one . Woman have an arch line that extends from one areloas to the other . I think the Hari Kaur kriya is the one that clears the aura/arch line between a woman's areolas . Gururattan has suggested to do Kritan Kriya laying down on your stomach with your hands at your sides and your chin on the floor . The chin is a moon center and works with the emotions . Guest guest
Thank you *all* for your posts about this, I guess you picked up that it hit me pretty hard, and hearing back from you did cheer me up I do have your book GuruRattan, "The Destiny of Women is the Destiny of the World". I forgot that I had it, having not long ago split up with my partner and moved, much is still in boxes. I will dig it out again. It's so inspiring to hear you talk about women the way you do. I'm starting to really experience that there is a whole other world of woman-ness, which is entirely more that that which I learnt from my mother and the environment I grew up in. I'm going to see Amma Chi next week in London, perfect timing for me to be around a woman who so wonderfully embodies the divine feminine, such love energy, it enters the hall before she does! I'm currently at about day 22 of the Kriya for Self-Love, having decided that I was definitely not flourishing in this department. I think that is why this whole topic has come up for me recently, to be healed, all the instances from my past where I've not looked after myself or honoured myself, in short not loved myself enough. I have a few questions about this Kriya but will post under a new heading. May the healing continue... with thanks, Krishan Shiva Kaur
