In the practice of KY, should I first practice to try to open my root chakra, then my 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc, until I get to my crown chakra. Once I open my crown chakra, then practice root lock to bring the K up to the crown chakra? What is the most effective way of opening the chakras? Sat nam and joy to all. Suky.
