Here is the current schedule for things happening in the Espanola, NM

community. This will be updated as things change and each day. Please note all

these

events are free and open to the public.

 

Celebration of Guru Ram Das Birthday

3:30 am: Japji Sahib in Gurdwara

4:00 am - 6:30 am: Chanting Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru in the Gurdwara in honor

of Guru Ram Das birthday

6:30 am: Sloks in Gurdwara

7:30 am: Special Wish and Dish Breakfast in the Langar Hall in honor of Guru

Cremation Ceremonies for the Siri Singh Sahib

(Please carpool to the funeral home, if possible)

In accordance with Sikh tradition, and his wishes, cremation will take place

at Berardinelli's Family Funeral Services at 1:00 PM Saturday October 9th, at

1399 Luisa Street Santa Fe, NM 87505. Some prayers will be done, a few people

will share some words about Yogi Bhajan, and then the cremation will follow.

Schedule

12:00 pm: Viewing and chanting

There will be food served in the parking lot at 12 noon

1:00 pm: Japji Sahib and Ardas

1:30 pm: Eulogies

2:00 pm: Kirtan Sohila and brief Ardas

3:00 pm: Cremation Ceremony

 

There will be a special 31 minute meditation done in the chapel at the start

of the cremation. The Siri Singh Sahib gave this meditation to be done during

his cremation ceremony.

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Gurdwara and open langar
