Guest guest
Hi dear people, i've just been listening to the sikh radio and heard a superb electronic version of: Guru guru guru wahe, guru ram das I must say that I am because of a severe accident last year, not doing any yoga anymore... i cannot really accept my body since then... i can't even bend my leg.... anyway, I listened to the song and started dancing on my chair. I could feel all my pain strucked in my shoulders from all this neglection of my own body since already 8 months. It was not a normal dancing, more extatic, sometime very slow, sometimes fast and fluid, and like in contact with some kind of "trancendantal energy", a place I know and love, but didn't visit for a very very long time. Anyway, if anybody know what is the componist of this CD, where to find it, it would make me very happy in this difficult time. I thought this morning: if Yogi Bajhan left his physical body now, it means also that he has more time! He doesn't need to eat, sleep, take care of his human body and all be busy with the servitudes of the life on earth. He can be everywhere at the same time, he can see everything at the same time and he has more time - an infinite time - for us and also for me.... This thinking gave me some trust.... it makes me feel happy somehow... sat nam saruj, berlin
Guest guest
I imagine what you heard was in a random order. There are dozens of versions of "Guru guru guru wahe, guru ram das". Was it a man or woman. Was it Indian or American Sikh style? It will work. Guru Ram Das is the Guru of miracles. Yogi Bhajan told us that his secret was that he called on Guru Ram Das and he did all the work for him. The version that you might have heard could be by Singh Kaur. Go to www.yogatech.com and listen to the sound clip of Crimson collection volume !. Guru RAm Das chant is the first one. Guest guest
Hi Gururattan, thanks for your interest. I found the version, Heaven's Touch and bought it through yogatech.com. > Yes. This is the case and he told us so before. Tune in and dance your > heart out. Ask to be healed and then hold the energy in your body. > It will > work. Guru Ram Das is the Guru of miracles. Indeed, I need a miracle!!!! I am on the point of being left alone with a child, I have no income, an handicapped leg, a difficult operation to plan still (it will be the third one on this knee) and so much pain that I cannot work.... And I have not been practising yoga since the accident. The frustration is really high.... This listening of this Guru ram das was like a calling.... maybe a sign, anyway I cannot listen to it without crying like a young kid. Might be self pity. I'd like to know if there is a posture which would be good for me while listening to this mantra- I cannot sit easy pose, nor knee, I can sit on a chair with my bad leg straight on another chair- . I don't always feel like dancing with the upper part of my body, sometimes I feel like being rather still, for this case I would need a posture or maybe some moves with the arms??? Thank you very much for your advice. Your wisdom always touch me deeply. Sat Nam Saruj, Berlin
