teaching to honor YB

Gururattan Kaur et al,

Can you recommend some specific sets and meditations

to honor YB in teaching our classes this week and

giving reverance to Yogiji for some of the newer

students who may not be as familiar with him?

I'm guessing an Akal meditation will still be

relevant, as opposed to the cremation meditation.

I would appreciate some guidance/suggestions.

Thanks and Sat Nam,

Jai Gopal Kaur

Dear Jai Gopal Kaur,

Definitely chant Guru Ram Das Chant. This tunes us into YB and Guru Ram Das

vibration. Make sure you give enough time to be silent and receive from the

heart. Heart sets or the Pituitary set in Sexuality and Spirituality will

open up the psyche to receive and be present to the vibration of love that

is ever more palpable on the planet.

Alot of negativity seems to be lifted. I feel YB dissipated a lot of our

karma when he left. Anyone else feel a more lightness of being?

Gururattan Kaur,

Thanks for your guidance.

I opened my class last night talking about Yogiji and

read my students his biography. I explained to the new

students the golden chain. We did the Pituitary Set

with the 10 one-minute breaths and chanted to Guru

Guru Ram Das Guru. I felt very connected to both

Yogiji and Guru Ram Das. It was a lovely class. Thanks

again for your help.

Sat Nam, I agree. It has been a pleasure to get up for

sadhna (no struggle with heavy eyelids and lazy body)

also. the evening meditations GRD Chanting and those I

have taken up for myself seem to flow effortlessly by.

I have always done these things with love and

enthusiasm but now they are seemingly an easy part of

my life and awareness.

Regards,

Sat Nam,

Yes I would agree with you about feeling more

"lightness of being"... I was up in TN for Tantra Sat.

& instead of doing Tantra we chanted & meditated all

day, it was a very beautiful & powerful experience...&

I was very greatful to have been with some of my

Kundalini family during this time...we did the

cremation meditation for 62 minutes & when it was done

I was in a trance, I think everyone was because we all

sat there & didn't move for the longest time, the next

day I was completely whiped out. However,I found that

ever since then I have been much stronger & more able

to keep up!

During my Sadhana I practice Sat Kriya & I feel like

my arms could just stay up there...

another really beautiful thing that I have been

experiencing is that when I do the Traticum meditation

now, I notice that Yogi Bhajan's eyes seem softer to

me now & he's smiling! It's beautiful!

Wahe Guru!

In love & light forever & always,
