Dear Saruj Kaur,

You need to change your energy. Do the four part breath -- 4 parts to

inhale and 4 parts to exhale, pumping the navel center with the hands

pressed together at the solar plexus. I think this is one of the exercises

to try out on www.kundaliniyoga.org It is also in Relax and REnew.

Do this everyday at least 4 times a day. You can do any other breathing

exercise too. All the Guru Ram Das chanting is great. Do that for 11

minutes every day.

If we want something to change in our lives, we have to change.

This listening of this Guru ram das was like a

> calling.... maybe a sign, anyway I cannot listen to it without crying >

like a young kid. Might be self pity.

* or opening of the heart.

listening to this mantra-

Don't just listen. Chant. Any posture is fine. You can put hands on your

heart too.

don't always feel like dancing with the upper part of my body, sometimes I

feel like being rather still,

* Stillness is fine.

for this case I would need a posture or maybe some

> moves with the arms???

* Exercises with arm movements are very good. There are so many. Choose

what you want.

And then change your attitude toward your knee. I remember about 12 years

ago going to a concert with Yanni. His lead violinists played an outstanding

solo. It was incredible what he could do. He said that he had had some

accident or something and lost use of his left arm. He talked to it and

loved it to nurse it back to health and vitality. It was impressive! This

was his first concert after the accident. Self-love is very powerful.

Many blessings,
