Guest guest
Sat Nam: I´ve got a doubt that has risen as I´m going on with my KY practice. First of all I´ve made some assumptions that I would like to check if they are right: 1.- KY Kriyas (above other considerations) are the way we use to enter in a meditative state. 2.- Most of the KY meditations, we do then while chanting mantras. These days I´m doing the triple mantra meditation in the morning and the RaMaDaSaSaySoHUng in the evening. The thing is that I´m trying (easily, without tension in my body as you´ve adviced many times before) to tune in with IT, but most of the times, I´m attached to chanting the mantra. I know there are no magical formula but : Which could be a good way for tuning in with it while chanting in the meditation? What sensations, feelings, state of being can give you a clue when you are meditating that you are not losing the main objective of tuning wit IT, of being in the now? Blessings to all of you Juan Jose Canary Islands. Spain _______________ Acepta el reto MSN Premium: Protección para tus hijos en internet.
