Guest guest Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 Sat Nam Linda, I will often explain that KY strengthens and de-stresses the Nervous System so if the body begins to shake, it's some nervous tension being released.....so we can just allow it...the nervous system is re-adjusting itself....and if you stick with it....the body will will go through it and the shaking will complete (if not in this exact moment, the more you practice KY it will)...and then you can experience the after effect.....notice how you feel differently now.
