Hello everyone,

 

I am a beginner. I am overwhelmed at the possibilities for meditation. I'd

like to find a meditational practice that will most benefit me. I want to

know my true self, and I want to have the courage to express that truth.

 

In The Kundalini Yoga Experience by Guru Dharam S. Khalsa and Darryl O'Keefe

the meditation for my pranic body seems like the best choice (birthday =

11/8/1969). But I am confused. Is the meditation described in The KYE the

best one for me? or should I be starting with Kirtan Kriya?
