Coming from the Yogic Science perspective I wanted to relate some thoughts on the SUBTLE, or Ninth, BODY (from Tantric Numerology) that resonate with his words. I am new to KY though have been student of meditation/yoga for many many years. Is there a favorite beginning book that is also deep with information as stated here and on the 10 bodies, etc... to recommend I start with? Something that is an overview. Also everyone seems to have a special yoga name, how did you get that? Is it given or do you ask for it. I am ready to refocus back on the yoga path. It is not a beginning book, but it is deep and has lots of meditations in it.
