Guest guest
Sat nam Can anyone recommend a set that lasts only about 20 minutes? That seems a reasonable daily amount if you are going out to work. I'm doing about 75 mins myself, started with Ayengar Yoga, 20 minutes, heard of KY and went to the website, started to do 40 mins, added some inner anger exercises, and then got the Total Tune up 'Fat Free Yoga' DVD recently. I like the way he explains what parts of the body are being helped by the exercise we are doing, such as lungs, liver, etc. Hence the 75 minutes. It's great, my lungs are clearing, and I'm much happier, keep singing to myself. However, I work in Hypnotherapy and clients with an ordinary job would be unlikely to be willing or able to do too much. My daughter, too is phobic about any execise described as 'yoga' as she feels she tried this and made a fool of herself oncel.
