Guest guest
Dear friends, dear RY, I quit smoking 2 days after the physical death of Yogi Bhajan. Maybe my personal "present" to him and maybe his personal "present" to me to make it so easy for me especially because I am going through really difficult times. I've been smoking 28 years (minus 3 years for pregnancy and breast feeding time). Until now, beside the fact that I need some chocolate in the evening, I don't miss much. I just don't think about it. I refuse any considerations about how healthy it might be, how much money I might save or how bad in general smoking (or smokers!) might be. When someone ask me if I want a cigarette, I don't say " I've quit smoking", I say simply "no, thank you" The only bad step, was that I really agressed my friend, as he asked me if I stopped smoking .... "it's not your business, leave me in peace...." But beside this littIe excess, I am just neutral. Thanks to Yogi Bhajan!!! Saruj
