Guest guest
Hello; I am fascinated by mudras. As I change the position of my fingers and hands I can feel different types of energy. I cannot label them, they just feel unique. I would like to know if there are any books which examine the subject in depth. Are there any books that examine mudras on the level of meridian points and flow. I may be wrong but I feel that this is an important part of doing the mudras and I would like to understand more. I look forward to any assistance and direction. Thanks. J. Frank
Guest guest
Sat Nam, James I have a couple of good mudra books and there are some web-sits you can visit to get more information on the practice of mudras . Mudras- yoga in your hands by Gertrud Hirschi Healing Mudras yoga for your hands by Sabrina Mesko , she also has one for woman , if there is anyone special in your life maybe you could share this with her . The web-sit is www.100megsfree.com/yoga/mudres , http://www.mudrasforhealing.com . You can also join Mudra Makers it is another , everyone is related to this group in one way or another . If I am not mistaken one of our members host the 100megs free site his name is Sat Jiwan Singh . I hope you like gong music and listening to chanting , there is auto sound so you can get the proper pronunciation of the mantra that is given . Have fun Peace Love & Light Sadhana Seva Philadelphia PA ******************************************************************Get more from the Web.
