SAT NAM,

Earlier there was a post about using salt and alum for

brushing teeth, I can no longer find it in the

archives.

Could somebody please post info regarding tooth/gum

care using natural products?

I am having numbness sensation with cold food, also

My gums do not like the layer that the toothpastes

leave them with when I brush my teeth.

Thanks

Akkama

i am a dentist presently doing my postgraduation.regarding ur problem of

sensitivity to cold i can suggest u a toothpaste of course this is not a natural

product but u can try this. name of tooth paste\\senquel F or buy any

toothpaste containing potassium nitrate.this paste is to be applied to the

sensitive tooth with finger for 10 mins and then wash.use ur regular toothpaste

for brushing and then do this procedure.if sensitivity is the only problem it

will get cured in abot 1 month,if it is because of caries u will have to see a

dentist.

Thanks a lot Damodar and Dharam.

I shall try both, but as far as archives are concerned

I was not able to get messages by clicking once at the

search button.

This is odd, anyway we can get to do the full search

and return the results?
