SA TA NA MA meditation

This morning while practicing my Sa Ta Na MA meditation I began

crying, sobbing, tears streaming down my face. I was not thinking of

anything that should create grief, I was focusing my attention on my

third eye, trying to vibrate the syllables, and this sobbing happened

that seemed to have no feelings attached to it. I let it happen, but

tried very much to stay focused on the meditation. Is there any

explanation. I've never had anything like this happen. I finished my

meditation and felt quite "normal"

Hi,

you must have held emotions back somewhere. The meditation just brought them to

the surface to be released. Always cleansing when this happens.

Sat Nam,

This meditation that you are doing is a very powerful

healing meditation & I think that when we chant this

beautiful mantra that it vibrates healing energy deep

down...I think that when we cry it cleanses us which

is also very healing...."Wahe Guru"

may your healing continue ever so gracefully...smile

with many blessings,
