Sat Nam Akkama,

There are nearly 20,000 messages in the Archives.

 

When you use the "Search Archive" button you

only click the "Archive" button once. It is clicking the "next" and the

"previous" buttons

that allow you to go further back into the archives to get full search

results.

I have uploaded a flyer for Alum Powder to our "Files" area

(Kundaliniyoga) In the past many

of you have asked where you can buy it.

Search archives for the early part of last year for some

interesting discussions on the use of this powder (and gagging) and

it's place in good hygiene, not just yogic hygiene.
