HOW TO ORGANIZE LIFE/TIME forEARLY SADHANA!!!???

Greetings to all and Sat nam!!!

 

Perhaps some of you can give advice on living a very busy life,

raising children who do not go to sleep until 9 or 10p.m.(Greek

culture, as they take naps during the day, only my two haven't

adapted to THIS yet!); house=hold chores, etc. and collapsing in the

bed around 12;30-2;00a.m.; then arising at 5;00 for Sadhana.

 

I have incredible energy, but lately I feel some sleep deprivation.

My mind, however, is like a train engine that never wants to stop!

 

I actually HEAR an alarm clock in my head, when there is no alarm

clock in the room. I no longer need them, regardless of the amount of

sleep, but this morning I said to myself, 'SLEEP, VICKI!!!" So, I put

on more sacred music, and slept blissfully !

 

I DO, however,need a schedule, so that I may practice my daily

Sadhana in the Amrit Vela hours pre-dawn. By the way, I AM

experiencing SHAKTI and the Kandi arousal, so maybe ALL will settle-

this heat/prickly sensation is irritating, though! The LOVE AND JOY

OVER-RIDE ALL,AS I FEEL AS THOUGH I AM TO EXPLODE AND COVER THE

EARTH, THUS HEALING ALL.
