Namaste, Namo,Namo;

There is sometimes a tendency to view the chakras as being

physical uni-dimensional and solid entities, whereas they are

energy centers that are in the subtle body and therefore are

responsible for the dynamic interaction of our whole spiritual

being, with all levels of consciousness.

Kundalini Yoga deals with the enegy flow through all chakras ,

inside-out and all around to create a sphere of light (aura) that

permeates and includes every angle and dimension.

The beauty of the Kriyas is that they open the channels(nadis)

and release pranic energy in a balanced way (front and back, up

and down,side to side,in and out and beyond), to manifest pure

spirit in everyday life.

I agree! I have only begun some of the ky mudras and chanting this year and

with Sa Re Sa Sa--recently and I find I don't even have to think about open,

closing, cleaning, chakras- it is like a gift of grace--SAT NAM! ~*~ Violet
