Guest guest
I have a question regarding "sun breath".. on page 391 in the Teacher's Manual we have a meditation that I wanted to share with my class, thought it would be a good one for the cold & flu season (: anyway, the meditation is "Immune System Booster: the Inner Sun" in the 5th paragraph they describe sun breath as "discharge the breath by blowing through your upturned lips, with the tongue curled back on the roof of the mouth." I am not clear up what it means to "up turn lips?" Could you please try & describe this to me? When I try & do what "I think" it means only my bottom lip turns up? Please help (: Sat Nam, Jiwan Shakti Tampa, FL Check out the new Front Page. www.
