In 1995 the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan came to Italy to introduce the "Basis, Use and Impact of the Quantum Technology of the Shabd Guru" and teach the Bahuta Karam meditation. Is there anyone who can write me back indicating the correct position, the time suggested, ect..., of the Bahuta Karam meditation? Because I've found two different versions of it; I really would like to practice it, but I don't know wich one was given originally by Yogi Bhajan. Thank you in advace!!
