Guest guest
Good Morning, I finished 40 days of Kantha Padma Kriya a couple of weeks ago (Actually, I finished the 40 days on Halloween!). Upon finishing my 40th session, I felt something akin to victory. I also feel that I am not the same person as I was going into the 40 days. My wholeness of being is definitely stronger and more grounded. Since the ending of the 40 days, I have attended my kundalini classes twice weekly, and have done some hatha yoga at home. I have not started another 40-day kriya yet, as I felt that I was still letting everything assimilate. Yesterday, I was presented with some information that really frustrated me in a particular decision-making process. I woke up this morning feeling pretty hostile about this whole situation. I knew that I needed to chill out that negative energy, and channel it productively, so I did my Kantha Padma Kriya again this morning. At the end of it, before I went into relaxation pose, I did 3 minutes of Ego Irradicator. I truly understand the meaning of that name now. I feel sooo much better! I feel that I will be able to communicate my feelings over the "situation of contention" from a place that is not egocentric. I also realize that this situation really isn't that big of deal now. I am so thankful that I decided to check out a kundalini yoga class back in June. I am continually amazed and humbled by the wisdom of the ancients that developed this discipline. Sat Nam, ~ Sylvia.
