Guest guest Posted November 17, 2004 Report Share Posted November 17, 2004 Sat Nam Floyd, 'Energy cultivation' in Qi Gong, Tai Chi and most kinds of yoga deal with the same stuff - Prana. Just the approach, labelling (Chi, Prana, Qi, etc.) and way of handling is different. It is definitely not advisable to mix Qi Gong and KY together. After tuning in with the Adi Mantra simply stuck with KY until you tune out with long Sat Nam's. If you do one after the other, perhaps with some time gaps, I see no problem. I am also practicing Tai Chi and KY - but never together. And I have to admit, that Tai Chi becomes for me easier with my knowledge and body consciousness of KY.
