I am sending you LOVE and light as I am sure all of us here are. Keep up! Be

gentle and kind to yourself. Through chanting "Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram

Das Guru" you will feel a guiding relationship come into your life and you WILL

be kept up. It will lift you out of the darkness and bring healing on a deep

level. The alienation, loneliness, melancholy, exhaustion, and grief you are

experiencing are only heightened with Kapha Dosha accumulating in this present

time. Have you read Gururattan's New Millennium Being? You are being

challenged, polished, and made beautiful. Having raised 2 daughters myself, I

would dare

to say your sadhana at this moment in time is being a good mother to your

sons. Chant with your sons and watch the heavens open up for you. Let the Guru

Ram Das Mantra ease your heart and move you into the protection and healing of

this Miracle Mantra!

perhaps you can find someone to help you with the tasks of wife and

mother. don't feel you have to do it all by yourself! it *is*

overwhelming! you deserve some help!! twin five year old boys, omigod!!

i have one son and i can imagine what it would be like to have two!!
