I am doing the conquer pain kriya ( stretches hands parallel to ground at 180) and well over my 120 days, I wanted to continue further but noticing some pain in neck and , tingling, numbess in hand region for quite some days now.. Should I stop this kriya to ease out pain or should I continue? my Guru maybe answering but not sure I am catching it..? Stop and do something else. Let your arms and neck rest. If you hurt afterwards and during the day consistantly, it is time to move on. There are thousands of mediations and kriyas. Pick another one and enjoy those benefits. Don't be a martyr.
