Have been experiencing this energy move for about

three years now. Most definately a cleaner healthier

me has come of the internal cleansing. I've typed in a

few times I have had some amazing experiences and

continue to. I started a Hatha Yoga practice two years

ago and more recently a Kundalini Yoga class. I

absolutely love both classes! But I find myself

wanting more, I currently practice three days about 6

hours a week. I have school I run my own business and

I have two children. So yes when and where, how? On my

mind alot lately is a feeling that I just want to

immerse myself in yoga spriritual study an ashram

calls to me. When Im around my K-yoga teacher I just

dont want the feeling of the room the person the class

and what its all about to go away. I believe most

drives are physical with a chemical cause. The deeper

I delve into this way of life the more I want it all

the time. So is this a spiritual high? Like a runner

gets an endorphine high from running and actually gets

depressed if he's not running. Is that whats happening

to me? Any suggestions on places I might visit maybe

stay an extended period of time(month)or so? Thanks

Blessings

Kellie

Dear Kellie,

Begin now by committing to your own personal practice everyday so that you

can walk around with the feeling inside that you get at the class.

This is a spiritual drive, the yearning to merge with the Divine. Follow it

and you will be lead.

Your schedule sounds like a long time might not be feasible at this time.

But who knows?

My sister and I will be teaching an 8 day KY teacher's training program

outside Austin at a retreat center 15-23 October, 2005 (first in a series).

The full training takes 3 weeks and we are dividing it up into 3 sections.

We are also teaching one in San Diego from Jan to June, 2005 but this is

very Sunday and Wed night, so it is only relevant for those living in the

area. Full info is on www.yogatech.com/kundalini_rising.html
