Guest guest
Dear GK, I hope everyone is in the best of spirits! I tried the SAT KRIYA in the way you have mentioned in the latest ezine. It definitely seemed more powerful, and i could feel warm at around my lower back. Wanted to calrify a few things. 1. Do i have to chant SAT and NAM aloud or mentally? I concentrated on chanting aloud and noticed i dint inhale or exhale deeply as one would in kapaalbhati. 2. when i pull in my navel and chant SAT, its a jerky and abrupt "SAT". Would that be the right way.. I noticed that sitting on bended knees was more effective than sitting cross-legged. Thanks or including this in ur ezine. Sat Nam! Wanted to calrify a few things. 1. Do i have to chant SAT and NAM aloud or mentally? *out loud. I like to do it in a whisper. but not silent. I concentrated on chanting aloud and noticed i dint inhale or exhale deeply as one would in kapaalbhati. *no kaalbhati in KY as Pieter explained (thanks Pieter). Go deeply into the internal connection and movement and leave the deep breathing for other exercises 2. when i pull in my navel and chant SAT, its a jerky and abrupt "SAT". *Yes, but not harsh or chaotic. I would say more staccato and rhythmic. I noticed that sitting on bended knees was more effective than sitting cross-legged. *Sitting on the knees is the correct way. Thanks or including this in ur ezine. *You are most welcome. Thanks for reading it. *Jan, Just start out with a few minutes and then relax. Sat Nam!
