>> Sat Nam,

While we are doing sitting postures after asanas we are taking rest that is

legs apart hands at our back. But one who told me we can keep our head one of

our sholder. Accoriding to my knowledge we shoul keep our head and neck

straight.I think not only doing Yoga all the time.Is it correct?

Sat Nam,

Unnikrishnan

++ I am surprised that you don't lie down in corpse pose between

asanas/kriyas. It is very revitalizing and a time to integrate the work and

facilitate

healing in a deep way. This is how I've learned in the classes I take- the rest

in between is very wonderful and important.

Although perhaps I misunderstand what you've said, Unnikrishnan.
