Guest guest
Hello, everybody, Sat nam. I am recording a morning set off of the video I use. The teacher only does the root lock once, after Sat Kryia. I would like to add more root locks - I like it, it sends the energy up, also when I've taken classes it was used more. My question - are there guidelines as to how many times one should do the root lock in a yoga session? Can it be done too much? Are there certain postures which lend themselves to root lock more than others? Thank you! Kartar Kaur
