Guest guest
Hi, I am new here. I am not new to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. My name is Mohamed and I live in Arizona. I want to ask an important question for me. Two years and a half ago and during a silent meditation my body started to move spontaneously and I started to sing melodies also spontaneously. I understand now that my kundalini has been activated in me. those movements have lead me to a style of yoga that I don't know; some kind of chi movements/ hatha Yoga/Kundalini Yoga/dance. I trust the energy and the intelligence behind those movements. I understand that these kind of experiences happen to yogis sometimes. I haven't done Kundalini Yoga much during these years so I can get to know those movements better. Here is my question: Is it better to follow those wise movements alone as my Yoga practice or should I start doing Kundalini Yoga along with it? is it better to let those movements lead me to the full awakening Kundalini without any other practice knowing that those movements know me and my body and are doing the exact right thing in the right time for me? I am just wondering maybe doing the just the Sat Kreya along can make my process faster. Thanks Mohamed
