Sat Nam,

dear Erica,

sounds, that your central nervous system is an issue. General imbalance

(not only on the physical level I guess) might be there as well and could

manifest in the body. Normally shaking is a sign of releasing tension of

the nervous system.

Have you had the chance of practicing KY with a teacher?

May we ask, where you come from and how old / young ;-) you are?

Sending blessings and light from Shanghai,

Adarsh S.

Hi,

Thank you for your advice.

I am 24 years old and I live in Southern California. I just started

graduate school. It's a bit stressful during finals. Perhaps, this

could lead to the shaking. In addition to the shaking, I have become

very perseptive. My third eye has awakened. This seems to add to my

condition. I just bought some Kundalini tapes. In the meantime, I am

going to try those out as I find a teacher.

Any other insights?

SAT NAM,

I went through tremendous shaking myself for quite

sometime but it eased out.

I have automatic movements but not shaking.

When the body begins to shake make sure you are

breathing long and deep and tell yourself to relax ,

it will stop immediately and I can feel the energy get

concentrated within the body , making me feel more

grounded rather than go out .

hi Erica,

it could well be the stress. I have a question or two for you that would help

eliminate certain things...

1- you mentioned driving, does the shaking only happen in the car?

2- this may sound silly but are you drinking lots of coffee, tea or cola to get

through

your finals?

3-are you getting a full night's sleep? tiredness will cause shaking.

I would suggest some simple grounding exercises simply because they can never

hurt

:) You can do this a number of ways....visualize yourself as a tree with your

roots

going deep into the earth while breathing deeply....or stand up straight with

legs hip-

width apart and shoes off, using your toes grip the floor and feel yourself more

solidly connected to the earth, gently tighten your abs and bum muscles so your

core

is strong and solid like your legs, feel the connection ot the earth, roll your

shoulders

back so they're relaxed and your posture is relaxed but solid...image a golden

thread

running from above your head and holding you up, and continuing down through

your feet deep into the earth - breath long slow deep breaths through this

process.

May you return to balance soon

love and peace

ovasoul
