Guest guest
Sat Nam, dear RN Gupta, the 'perfect' Sadhana lasts 2,5 hours (1/10 of a day - as you should always devote 1/10 to God :-). Normally it is done as follows: Japji Sahib - approx 25 min Yoga-Set / Kriya / exercises including short relaxation - approx 1 hour Aquarian Sadhana - 62 min If you start around 4 am you are finished by 6.30 am - and the whole day starts completely different ! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yes, Adarsh has set out the basic guidelines for Sadhana. You need to include yoga before your meditation and prayer or silent devotion at the end. Gupta, you can choose other meditations, but your sadhana needs to include more than meditation.
