Dear Gururattan Khalsa,

I have been going through some sort of change in consciousness

during the past year. For some strange reason, I have experienced a

profound sense of grief and pain with respect to an abusive

relationship when I was thirteen years old. (I am now 50)

Apparently some of the kriyas re: releasing anger have brought these

feelings to the surface.

I had the good fortune of purchasing your book "The Destiny of

Women" several months ago. It is truly a deep blessing for me at

this time. It feels like a salve for my troubled soul.

Although I don't think I am totally done with this chapter in

my life, I have a sense of hope that healing is truly in process.

For any other women who read these emails - I will tell you

that "The Destiny of Women" speaks beautifully of the inner journey

that we all share. It would make a lovely holiday gift !

I am grateful for the kindness, love and support from everyone

on this list.

Sat Nam. With special love, Abinashi Kaur

Dear Abinashi Kaur,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience in reading my book "The

Destiny of Women Is the Destiny of the World." I would truly love to give a

copy of this book to every woman on the planet.

One aspect of our power is the fire element. We can use it to burn

ourselves out or we can use it to purify ourselves so that we can live in

the joy of our divinity, dignity and grace.

Basically we have to forgive in order to purify ourselves. The dynamic of

the fire element and forgiveness is explained beautifully in Shiv Charan

Khalsa's book "Let the Numbers Guide You." I recommend this book for a

Christmas present to yourself!

This book is an encyclopedia of spiritual guidance. So to get the info on

anger go to chapter 24.

If you really want to get into numerology and the ten bodies, which I highly

recommend!! you might want to also get "The Kundalini Experience" by Guru

Dharam Khalsa and Darryl O'Keeffe. (all available on www.yogatech.com The

authors have a page on each number which is very valuable. Somehow they

manage to get a lot of information in a very small space. You can use this

book as a reference guide, then expand with Shiv Charans book. I use the

two together.

* This is coming up for healing. Shiv Charan says

"The most effective forgiveness is the one in which you release the initial

judgment that something or someone was wrong."

I see how unconscious people are. Most people just don't have any idea of

what they are doing. This realization helps take away the judgment which is

usually based on thinking that people actually know what they are doing.

Yes, let the words be your salve and let yourself be purified into the

essence of your light.

* It is.

* I agree. Any buy a copy for yourself.

There is such power, love and beauty in every woman. We just have to allow

ourselves to experience it, feel it and accept it.

Love to all,

Gururattan Kaur
