HI

I suppose it´s specific for anyone but for those of you that have travelled

further in this journey and consequently have a wider experience:

Which Kriya do you consider the most useful to get a balance in the nervous

system considering this as a composition of sympathetic, parasympathetic and

central one?

Hola Juan majete,

Transitions to a heart centered world and relax and

renew have an excellent kriya called Kriya to balance

and recharge the nervous and immune system pg.80. or

kriya for conquering pain works the central nervous

system. (Check archives for the conquering pain kriya)

I've been doing these two for about a year and a half,

they are definately my favorite. 11minutes of hard

work, makes you feel great for the rest of the day.
