I am also like some of the posters, at the moment feeling, like, "Well, gee, where is all the good feeling?!" so this quote above which I just came across gave me comfort. I am almost at 40 days of the set I am doing. I find that my emotions are very accessible to me, I *do* seem to be becoming 'more me'. Sometimes it is not particularly fun, like right now, I feel blue. I just know I am not going to stop doing Kundalini Yoga. I appreciate people sharing on this list.
