Guest guest
sat nam! My problem is that I am very limited in my KY practice due to lordosis (a more debilitating inward curve of the lower back, and outward curve of the upper back). extreme poses like plough, shoulder stand, fish pose, frog squats, etc are TERRIBLE for people like me, and can even be further damaging. I am very frustrated, as I must miss the benefits these poses present. in fact, even spinal flexes, which i know are the basis of KY, are bad for my discs. Does anyone have any suggestions? -Lis
