Gee, then I am in trouble - I have had many years of extreme stress

and sleep deprivation, and you are right, my adrenals defintely did

take a beating.

Does anyone know a set to restore kidneys/adrenals?

I also know the adrenals are probably not what they might be. Is there a

way to restore functionality?

This is an important consideration for kundalini yoga practitioners.

If the adrenals are weak or unstable too much vigorous exercise

and/or too much prana can make a bad situation worse. The key is to

do the exercise sets without stressing yourself and monitor your

body's reaction. Feeling nervous or and/or tired in the head but

having trouble relaxing deeply is a sign you have over-taxed the

adrenals. As for specific exercise sets, there are several in

GuruRattan's books. There are a number of herbs that help also.
