Guest guest
Gee, then I am in trouble - I have had many years of extreme stress and sleep deprivation, and you are right, my adrenals defintely did take a beating. Does anyone know a set to restore kidneys/adrenals? Guest guest
I also know the adrenals are probably not what they might be. Is there a way to restore functionality? - > > > > Gururattan, > > > > Are you refering to the adrenals which sit atop each kidney? Guest guest
This is an important consideration for kundalini yoga practitioners. If the adrenals are weak or unstable too much vigorous exercise and/or too much prana can make a bad situation worse. The key is to do the exercise sets without stressing yourself and monitor your body's reaction. Feeling nervous or and/or tired in the head but having trouble relaxing deeply is a sign you have over-taxed the adrenals. As for specific exercise sets, there are several in GuruRattan's books. There are a number of herbs that help also. > >
