Hi,

 

I am doing much better after all the advice.

I am starting to ground myself for the first time.

I drink less caffeine especially before bed.

I am sleeping more hours and my skin shows.

Drinking more water and eating soups has helped.

In addition, I am playing more with my dog, taking care of household

tasks, getting more sunlight and doing more "earthy" things.

 

Exercise is the best especially after stretching.

I was told to focus on the lower chakras and that is what I will do.

 

Any other advice?

hi Erica,

that's great! Sometimes it's simplicity we really need :) It sounds like "not

doing" is

working well for you so continue upon that path until you feel refreshed. When

we

starve ourselves of sleep and use things like caffeine to push ourselves often

the

answer is less doing not more. All yourself to be refilled with joy (dogs are

great for

this!), self-love (love of others naturally follows :), and the beauty of the

earth and

you should bounce back in no time. If you can use this time to start new habits

that

are more self-supporting and nurturing, that respect your limits so that you can

support yourself in exceeding them eventually, then you have given yourself a

gift for

life (and a longer life to enjoy too :)

More sun light and playing with the dog; sounds like things are going very well

for you. In my experience with Kundalini I have find out that the best advise I

get is through my own inner being. The process in which I let go of whatever

outside and trust the inner voice is pretty challenging but rewarding. No matter

how wise that outside guru is; what comes from inside is superior. The only

thing is that I don't really hear that inner voice unless I am feeling good,

enjoying the sun light and/or in a playful mode like you.
