Merry Christmas everyone

Sat nam all,

To all active particpants and yes all you lurkers as well, have a very merry and

safe Christmas! Thanks to everyone's support and kindness and of course

unconditional love over the months I've been doing KY and 2004 in general.

For me personally, it's been one incredible year - I started hatha yoga in

January and KY in June and I'm a different person than last year (how great to

start getting glimpses again of my true self). My laughter is coming back, in

truth a purer sense of humour than ever before. How I missed the full guffaws

and didn't even realise. My body is probably fitter, younger than at twenty, it

at least feels and looks it. A merging of body and mind is distinctly noticeable

now, the separation (often pitting one against the other) is vanishing and with

it comes moments of peace and great dollops of love.

By God's Grace am I now firmly back on the path, walking, running, stumbling

drawn toward a great light. And while it won't always be easy I know, I feel I

have an eternal friend who walks with me. I am falling in love again - with

myself, my family, Guru, all.

A special thanks also to Gururattan Kaur and Dharam Singh for your fantastic

support and inspiring words both your own and for ceaselessly passing on those

of wonderful Yogi Bhajan.

Tomorrow I'll be celebrating another great soul who was a lighthouse to so many

- Jesus Christ.
