Guest guest
Hi, Currently I am doing the Sat Kriya and the Varuyas Kriya (which I discovered on a website) and find to be effective. Now I want to do the Master Your Domain set from the Kundalini Yoga book by SK Khalsa. My question is about the sequence. Should I do the kriyas first and follow with the set, or do the set first and follow with the kriyas? I also should point out that I start out with some general warming up exercises before I do anything else. Thanks for any help. - Bill Sakovich
Guest guest
Sat Nam Bill, Always tune in first - Adi Mantra Perhaps a little Pranayama - Breath of Fire, Long Deep Breathing Warm-up then use Sat Kriya and Varuyas Then do the Master Domain set followed by a nice meditation. Remember to rest properly after Sat Kriya, and other exercises as well.
