My previous question reminded me of another.

 

I find that when I do the Varuyas kriya that it is much easier and I am more

stable when I have my left leg forward than when I have my right leg

forward. I notice the same thing with some hatha yoga exercises.

 

I do the both sides for the same time, but I wonder if there is something I

can do to equalize my strength and balance on both sides.
