Guest guest
Dear Friends: By this time we have all heard of the natural calamity that has taken place in South and South Eastern Asia due to the massive earthquake and the tidal waves that followed it. According to CNN, "An estimated 11,000 people are believed to have been killed by the 20-foot-high waves with the most severe death tolls in India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Thailand." We pray for strength for those who have had to face this unexpected force of nature and keep them in our heart. We are all interconnected even though many of us are thousands of miles away. There are people on these lists from all the countries that have been affected. Just yesterday, I had received some beautiful family pictures from Pieter Schoonheim Samara, living in Thailand and so immediately I thought of him. Pieter is well known to many of us as one of the most gifted and eloquent writers who integrates Kundalini Yoga with the Advaita philosophy with grace, power, elegance that comes from experiential knowledge and deep understanding of scriptures. There are many others as well. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Love to all Harsha
