these I would add "Transitions to a Heart Centered World", "Relax & Renew",

"Sexuality & Spirituality" by Gururattan, "Sadhana Guidelines" by Gurucharan

Singh, "KY for Body Mind & Beyond" by Ravi Singh, "8 Human Talents" by Gurmukh,

"The Kundalini Yoga Experience" by Guru Dharam and last but not least, "Open

Your Heart with Kundalini Yoga" by Siri Datta.

I am a new member of this group and to Kundalini Yoga. My question is ; What

will be the top 10 recommended books for a beginners. ? I already have two books

1.kundalini Yoga ...Unlock your Inner potential through Life-changing Execise

2.Kundalin Yoga-The flow of Eternal Power

I have 4 of Gururattan's books and love all of

them. (The only one I don't have is the Chakra one,

but (I'll probably end up getting that one too.)

 

If I were a newcomer, I would select her "Introduction

to Kundalini Yoga."

 

If I were a continuing student, I would choose

"Transitions to a Heart Centered World."
