Tis the season :)Although it seems bizzare to you, Ayurvedically it makes perfect sense. The higher you are away from the ground and the faster you move through space( ie flying) the more quickly Vata becomes deranged. The longer you experience this (longer flight) the more pronounced. Dizziness, nervousness, constipation, headache, depleted energy are all signs of Vata Imbalance. The quickest way to feel like "yourself" again is follow a routine. Bed before 10 pm, morning rituals; including Abhyanga with warm sesame oil, 3 warm creamy style meals a day. Stay warm, stay out of cold wind as much as possible and nurture yourself (Hot stone massage would be a wonderful treat!)
