Guest guest
Sat Nam, I was wondering if some of you could shed some light on the issue of being a vegetarian, and especially in comparison to diets specific to body or blood type. I seem to needa lot of protein (body/blood type O+), and I eat eggs for breakfast and animal protein for lunch and dinner (along with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables) and I feel much, much healthier on this diet than when I was a vegetarian or vegan. In the Kundalini Yoga book (Shakti Khalsa), she insists that one should not eat "anything that had a mother", and I have been wondering about that. Is it possible that Indian body types do great on a vegetarian diet, where other body types do poorly? Comments? Thanks in advance for your wisdom!
