Inhale lightly pressing the palms together, then chant in a soft monotone: a.. Ad Guruay Namay a.. Holding the palms together at the chest and letting all the air out at the end b.. then Stretching the arms straight forward at 60 degrees c.. stretching the shoulders and arms to open the ribs and the spine and d.. letting the air fill the lungs from the bottom based on the movement versus effort to inhale e.. then chant in a soft monotone b.. Gugad Guruay Namay a.. letting all the air out at the end b.. then bringing the palms back again to the chest c.. press the palms together letting the air fill deep into the lungs d.. then chant in a soft monotone c.. Sat Guruay Namay a.. Holding the palms together at the chest and letting all the air out at the end b.. then Stretching the arms straight forward at 60 degrees c.. stretching the shoulders and arms to open the ribs and the spine and d.. letting the air fill the lungs from the bottom based on the movement versus effort to inhale e.. then chant in a soft monotone d.. Siri Guru Dayvay Namay a.. letting all the air out at the end b.. then bringing the palms back again to the chest c.. press the palms together letting the air fill deep into the lungs d.. then chant in a soft monotone e.. continue for 11 minutes (** Venus lock is the hands clasped together, fingers interlaced right over left, left thumb pressed against the base of the mound between the right index finger and thumb, right thunb pressed against the mound next to the base of the left thumb.)
