Guest guest
Hi dear people, i am gonna be operated (knee) on the 12 of January. By the last operation, it will be the third one, i was so scared, that the doctors had real trouble by the anesthesia. Can maybe one of you give me an advice for a mantra to keep in my head or a mudra to hold to help me remaining as calm as possible just before the operation? Or any tip to prepare myself on these last days? After it I will be 6 weeks lying. What can I do for mini exercise to keep my mood in a positive state? thank you very much for your help sat nam saruj, from berlin
Guest guest
Dear Saruj from Berlin, Sat nam. May God Be with you, and you have a safe, and speedy recovery!!! Our prayers are with you!!! For mantra, I would suggest the healing mantra. It is very powerful, and it works! Just repeat over and over, to whatever tune you like: "RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG." That is all there is to it!!! For mudra, there are a few I think of. One, is simply putting one hand over the other hand in your lap, and hold onto them. Another is called the Venus lock. For women, you interlace your fingers with the pinkie finger of the right hand ending up on the out-side. Follow? Your right thumb will then be in-between your left-hand's thumb and index finger. You are pressing into the fleshy venus-mounds of your hands. This conserves energy. It really is easy! Try it! Of course there is always the prayer pose; hands together, thumbs together, and placed at the sternum(that bony area, ending where the ribs are)Straight-up! You can of course pray ,or chant the RA MA DA SA mantra, either aloud, in whisper, or silently. Many Blessings to you, Love, Peace, and Light, Nirmal Kaur > Hi dear people, > i am gonna be operated (knee) on the 12 of January. Guest guest
Sat nam Saruj Kaur, again! I re-read your letter, and noted your spiritual name. You do know the Adi Mantri? "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" This is your phone number to the Golden Chain of Ascended Masters of Kundalini Yoga, as well as to The Infinite Consciousness of ALL THAT IS!!! GOD!!! Repeat this as often as you need to for that direct line to THAT. This will connect you, and take away your fear. Chant "Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru," THIS one produces miracles in my life!!! It bestowes Blessings somshoh, through Guru Ram Das. Try and find some Kundalini exercises you can do while in bed. Do you have any KY books with sets and meditations? Yogatech.com has plenty, as well as CD of the RA MA DA SA SA mantra I told you about. It is by Joseph Michael Levry(Gurunam). Blessings and Light, Nirmal! > Hi dear people, > i am gonna be operated (knee) on the 12 of January. Guest guest
Dear Nirmal! Thank you very much for your help. I really love the mantras "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" and "RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG".... I will take one with me until the narcose takes me away from consciousness. I bought a frew weeks ago the Guru guru guru wahe guru ram das from heavens touch and i sing with it very often. with exercises in bed, i have no ideas yet, i will be very limitated on movements for about 6 weeks, but i will get inform. the operation is postponed to the 19.1 because i have a flew, so i have a week extra... to worry or to get ready... very depending on my quite instable mood! thank you, sat nam saruj, berlin
