The Divine Doctor, Healing Beyond Medicine (available through Yoga Tech) is an excellent source for ridding yourself of Migraine or headaches in general. (Harmonyum) Pain isolated over one eye is usually migraine. In addition to the kriyas for headache, peppermint tea, rosemary essential oil rubbed on the temples or inhaled (also boosts immune sysytem), lavender oil rubbed on the hands and feet, neem leaf capsules, MSM, feverfew, Co-Q-10, warming your hands (either physically or mentally) may help. Reducing stress, long deep breathing, watching your diet for triggers is also important. Basmati rice cooked with turmeric and lots of ginger in your diet may help. Blessings in Health!
