Guest guest
I have been dealing with "chronic daily headaches" for over 3 years. I have also had menstral migraines for the last couple of years as well. I am not bragging when I tell you that I have had MRI's, MRA's, CAT scans, electrode therapy, every migraine medication on the market. I have done biofeedback, physical therapy, chiropractors, massage therapy, and have had nerve blocks and epideral injections in affected disks that were herniated in my neck. I am now doing "Medical Meditation" which has helped me relax and focus better. I am reading the book now called "The Power Of Now" which has helped me discover the impact of giving pain an identity, (which is exactly what the medical industry will lead you into doing), and not living in the past or future, but living without fear- living for today. What a concept! Where you are, with what you have, do what you can! WOW! In combination with this new way of thinking and meditation, I began going to craniosacral therapy. It has worked miracles on me. It is a very gentle and effective, emotional release and balance of the craniosacral/central nervous system. There has been two occasions where she has broken through energy blocks in me that were so strong I could literally feel the energy rush through my body. There have been other times where she has hit spots where my body has stored so much pain that tons of emotion poured out of me when she worked out another area. All the while, barley touching me physically. I have never been more turned off to the medical industry than I am now. I pray that this helps even just one person who is going through what I went through or prevents someone from going through what I went through. Guest guest
Sat Nam, A really simple thing, usually the first thing I do for pain, including headache, is drink water... one glass, two, if the pain is still there, three, and then four if needed. Almost alwys by the third or fourth glass pain is gone, including muscle or joint pain;anyway it's worth a try. I'm laughing because it's part of my morning practice to dring 3-4 glasses before doing my sadhana. It's so simple, sometimes we forget. Hope it helps you. Thanks. Dear gondolf1, Sat nam, If I may jump in, maybe I can shed some "LIGHT" on the subject. But first, I highly recommend to you to please order the book , "The Divine Doctor," by Joseph Michael Levry(Gurunam) via yogatech.com, for a full understanding. It has to do with applications of healing learned from the ancient Kabbalah, and heals the body, mind, and spirit through Divine Cleansing Light of the Cosmos. This is a Universal Kabbalah treatment. I really cannot go into further detail, you must read the book to fully understand, but for now, suffice it to know that it is a permanent healing system using LIGHT. Love, Peace, LIGHT!!! Nirmal! Guest guest
Re: Dvine Doctor and Harmonym Thanks for responding. I will order the book if it is actually explained enough that I can use it to help people, once I understand it. You know how it is......you read a book that stirs your interest and you can see the potential and then before you know it you are having to fork out tons of money to learn some secret. I'm at the point in my life where I don't need that, but I do need tools to help myself and others who come to see me for help.
