Guest guest
Sat Nam Shanti! I am glad you have found a teacher that seems willing to explore more modalities for your daughters healing. I would also reccommend Bach Flower Essences for your whole family. The depression and feeling of not wanting to be here goes along with ADHD. It IS a struggle and very difficult for everyone involved, hard to keep up and stay positive. I believe with the practice of KY for as many family members as are willing; will greatly help. Maybe I made my struggle as a mom sound trite...it was anything but! She was suicidal for several years, on many medications, therapists, biofeedback, etc. Please let yourself believe she will move through this ( with your incredible strength and the power of yoga) and emerge a beautiful butterfly ready to share her gifts with us. There was mention on the list of Tolle's book "The Power of Now" If you haven't read it please do. It will help you identify with the pain body, name it and move beyond it, much like the practice of KY. My prayers are with you and your family as I am sure everyone here on the list is holding you in the Light! Blessings of Health! Guest guest
--- Guru Ravi Kaur, Sat nam, Which Bach essences do you recommend? I am tutoring 2 eight-year olds who can not focus for more than a nanosecond. They are diagnosed as "classified", altho I do not let labels direct me. I am having them breathe before each session. It is slow going to get them to breathe for 1 minute, but I am sure eventually they will realize it makes them feel good. I would add a Bach Remedy, as I have great faith in these. Wonder if there is one or more in particular that you have found helpful. Thanks, Kartar Kaur In Kundaliniyoga, rfarley51@a... wrote: > > Sat Nam Shanti! > I am glad you have found a teacher that seems willing to explore more > modalities for your daughters healing.
