Guest guest
Sat Nam, dear Siri Ram Kaur, you can do a 'google' on Japji or Jap Sahib. If you want, I can also send you a PDF or RTF-file with the stanzas (gurmukh and english translation). Very good is also the CD Japji from Mata Mandir (you can get from www.yogatech.com) - it comes with 2 CD's (one in english, one in gurmukh) and a small booklet with all the text / stanzas - very helpful for reading along. Also to recommend: Japji cards (flashcards) with the text in gurmukh and english. I got mine at the yoga-festival in France. Another hint: JAPJI - 2 DVD's with a lecture of Yogi Bhajan of the japji course 2003. I think you also get it from yogatech. Sending blessings and light from Shanghai, Adarsh S. Guest guest
Sat Nam Siri Ram Kaur, another thought I had was if you wanted the Japji in a book form you can order a beautiful leather bound book called "Nitnaym Baanees, Daily Sikh Prayers"- Translated & transliterated in Engish by Dr. Santokh Singh its about 6 inches tall & very comfortable to hold... another beauty of this book is that it has a chapter called "Message of the Jap Jee" which is very informative, and...it also tells you about some guidelines for transliteration, has the Gurmukhee Alphabet & pronunciations...& it has other prayers in it... also the flash cards that Adarsh suggested I would like to say I would also recommend, they are so beautiful & I find its a very nice way to sit and meditate with... Sat Nam in love & light, many blessings, Jiwan Shakti Read only the mail you want - Mail SpamGuard.
